NextCryptoJob Terms for Candidates

These terms apply when you use NextCryptoJob (nextcryptojob.xyz) to look for a job. The service is run by [LEGAL NAME], sole trader, France, SIRET [SIRET], [ADDRESS], [CONTACT EMAIL] ("we", "us").

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data. It is part of these terms.

1. Free for candidates, forever

NextCryptoJob is free for candidates. We will never ask you to pay, directly or indirectly, for any part of the service.

This is not only our choice. French law forbids any direct or indirect fee from job seekers for placement services (art. L5321-3 French Labour Code, https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/article_lc/LEGIARTI000031643464). Breaking this rule is a criminal offence, punished by 6 months in prison and a EUR 3,750 fine (art. L5324-1, https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/article_lc/LEGIARTI000022520917).

So, for candidates, there are:

• no paid plans, premium features or "boosts";
• no fee when you are hired;
• no payment to appear higher in search results;
• no token, NFT or crypto purchase required;
• no paid access through APIs, x402 or agents.

Companies pay for access. You do not.

If anyone, including a company or an agency that uses NextCryptoJob, asks you to pay to get a job, an interview or an introduction, do not pay. Report it to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will suspend that company.

2. Who can use the service

• You must be at least 18. [to confirm with lawyer]
• You must act for yourself. One person, one account.
• You must give true information.

3. Your account

• You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, or with Telegram.
• Keep access to your email and Telegram secure. Actions from your account are treated as yours.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else uses your account.

4. Accounts and wallets you connect

Only your own. Connect only accounts and wallets that you control. Do not connect another person's X account, GitHub, YouTube channel, website or wallet. This is impersonation. It can also harm the real owner.

How we check.

• X: you prove control by putting a code in your bio or in a post.
• Wallets: you paste addresses. We do not check them by signature unless you choose to sign. A signed wallet gets a "verified" badge. An unsigned wallet shows no badge.
• One wallet address can belong to one account only.
• GitHub, YouTube and website: [to confirm product behaviour: how control is checked; unverified sources show no badge].

Disputes. If two people claim the same wallet or account, we may ask both to prove control (for example by signing a message with the wallet). The person who proves control keeps it. We remove it from the other account and may suspend that account.

We never ask for your keys. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. A signature for verification only signs a text message. It never moves funds or gives permission to spend tokens. If you are asked to sign anything else "for NextCryptoJob", it is a scam.

5. Your score

• We compute your score only if you consent. See "How scoring works".
• The score uses public data and a formula written by people. It is an indication of public signals. It is not a judgment of your worth, and it is not a reference.
• Public data can be incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee that your score is accurate or that it will stay the same.
• If a source does not answer, we leave it out. We do not count it as zero.
• Do not try to inflate your score artificially, for example with bought followers, fake engagement, wash trades or transactions between your own wallets. We may ignore such data, lower the affected score, or suspend your account.
• We may change the formula. Each change gets a version number, and we explain it on the public scoring page.

Appeal. You can ask for a person to review any score, give your view and contest it. Use the "Appeal this score" button or write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We answer within one month.

6. Your card

• Your card shows your score, role and level. Your card page shows no wallet addresses and no links to your accounts.
• You decide whether to publish and share your card. You can unpublish it at any time.
• Once you share a card on X or elsewhere, other people can copy the image. We cannot remove copies that others made.
• Do not edit a card to show a score you do not have.

7. Visibility to companies and contact

• "Show me to companies" is off by default. While it is off, companies cannot find you.
• When it is on, paying companies can see your score, roles, level, networks and verification badges. They never see your wallet addresses or raw data.
• You choose how companies reach you:
  • "Only after I approve a request" (default): you see each request, with the company and role, and answer yes or no.
  • "Show my Telegram handle directly": companies that can see your profile also see your Telegram handle.
• You can change these choices or switch visibility off at any time. This stops new access. A company that already received your contact holds it under its own responsibility. Our terms require it to use your contact only for recruiting.
• We do not guarantee that any company will contact you, interview you or hire you.

8. Job digest

• You can receive a daily digest of jobs by email or Telegram. You can stop it at any time, including with one click in each email.
• Jobs come from public job boards and from companies that use NextCryptoJob. We do not check every job.
• Be careful. A real employer never asks you to pay, to send crypto, or to share your keys. Report suspicious jobs to [CONTACT EMAIL].

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• create fake accounts or more than one account;
• connect accounts or wallets that you do not control;
• manipulate the data used for your score;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools on the site, except the documented free job search tool for agents (MCP search_jobs);
• try to access other people's profiles or company areas;
• attack, overload or probe the service, except under a responsible disclosure you agreed with us;
• use the introduction system to spam, harass or deceive companies;
• use the service for anything illegal.

10. What you write

You keep all rights in what you write (for example what job you seek, or an appeal). You allow us to use it only to run the service for you.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will be available without interruption. We may change or stop features. If we stop the service, we will tell you in advance and let you download your data.

12. Liability

We are responsible for our own failures under French law. We are not responsible for decisions that companies take, or for jobs posted by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded. [to confirm with lawyer: wording of liability limits for a free consumer service]

13. Ending your account

• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We delete your data as the Privacy Policy explains.
• Inactivity. If you do not use the service for 24 months, we warn you and then delete your account.
• We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, for example by impersonation or score manipulation. We tell you the reason, except where the law forbids it. For less serious breaches, we warn you first. You can contest our decision at [CONTACT EMAIL].

14. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about important changes by email or Telegram at least 30 days before they apply. [to confirm with lawyer: notice period] If you do not agree, you can delete your account. The free-for-candidates rule in section 1 will not change.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
